Portuguese Flannel

Although Portuguese Flannel is a relatively young brand, Portuguese textile family Magalhães makes sure that tradition is reflected in every shirt.

Handmade shirts since 1935.

Precision at Portuguese flannel is nothing new to brothers Antonio and Manuel Magalhães. Their grandfather founded his own fabric production factory in 1935. Now the brothers continue the craft in the fourth generation and orientate themselves in the production mainly on the methods of their grandfather. They use only high quality fabrics to blend functionality and design into their clothing. Here, the domestic surf and skateboard scenes serve as additional inspiration for their collections. In addition, Antonio and Manuel have set themselves the goal of keeping their company as environmentally friendly as possible, paying particular attention in production to the reduction of toxic chemicals and the reduced use of water. They try exclusively to use materials that are biodegradable. Even the buttons on the shirts are made of eco-friendly materials to reduce plastic waste!
