Brand

Hélas

Hélas started as a cap company, and after resounding success developed to include apparel as well. Which makes sense when you're run by someone like Lucas Puig, who not only knows the latest skate trends, but also tends to start them himself.

Hélas: Cèste la vie.

Paris has always been one of Europe's skateboarding destinations. There are few people who capture the charisma and style of the place better than Lucas Puig. Together with friends Stephen Khou and Clément Brunel, the brand started making caps and eventually expanded to include clothing as well. As is expected of the city of fashion, the apparel is of the highest quality, and much of it is a nod to the shapes, styles, and colors of vintage tennis attire and polo brands of the nineties.
