Converse CONS x Pop Trading Company

Local skate shop and crew Pop Trading Co. have moved mountains in the five years that they’ve been around, and they’re latest collaboration with Converse CONS is a testament to all the work they do to look after the skating community.

If you’re unfamiliar with Pop Trading Co., it’s time to take notes. Its been only five years since Peter Kolks and Rick van Rest founded the crew and company, and they have already accomplished what every good skate brand tries to do: bring the skate community together, and blend skate and fashion seamlessly into one. And to honor their timeless style and functional aesthetic, it makes sense that they team up with none other than Converse CONS to launch a ninety’s skate capsule that is bold and built for skaters. The Jack Purcell Pro is coming to you on June 21 in two color ways and a Hi and Ox cut, which means support, a tight fit, and enough traction to keep you pushing for miles. The color-blocked canvas and rubber pays homage to the bold ninety’s skate style we know and love. And to seal the deal, the shoe features a signature smile on the toecap and a personalized license plate on the right heal.
